Stacy A. Bellwood, Owner
Stacy graduated from Oregon State University with a B.A. in International Business and a minor in Japanese. She spent a year and a half living in Tokyo, Japan learning the culture and increasing her language skills. After graduation she was employed by a Japanese firm and spent close to 10 years exporting Oregon lumber to various Japanese ports. At this firm, she was responsible for all of the office management including the day to day bookkeeping as well as the export documentation.
Stacy left the demanding world of export after her beautiful twin daughters were born and started doing freelance bookkeeping and other accounting jobs on a part time basis. This part time work soon turned into full time and evolved into the 4 person team that Custom Business Solutions has today.
Stacy is active in her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit, Community Vision. Community Vision is the largest non profit organization in Oregon providing individualized supported living and employment service for people with developmental disabilities.
Stacy and her husband David spend their free time with their daughters, camping, cycling, golfing and simply enjoying the beautiful state we live in.
Jackie Eagan, Bookkeeper
Jackie is the newest member of the Custom Business Solutions team. A native New Yorker, Jackie left home at 19 to attend college in California. In 1998, she graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Theatre Arts. After spending a weekend in Oregon, Jackie decided the Portland Metro area would be the best place to live.
Jackie brings over 10 years of experience in the various aspects of accounting. Since she has worked with many management-type companies, switching her focus from one client to another is achieved with ease.
In her spare time, Jackie reads, hikes, likes to travel, obsesses about her family tree, and volunteers with Hands on Portland to make cards for terminally ill children.
Sandy Yarno, Subcontractor Compliance/Office Receptionist
Sandy has a variety of work experience in assisting others. She was an instructional assistant, working with children in grades K thru 6, and office assistant at an elementary school in the North Clackamas School District. She has also been a receptionist and office clerk in a doctor’s office and a funeral home. Sandy has been told that her name means ‘the helper’ and that’s what she likes to do.
Sandy enjoys singing. In the summer she sings with the Lutheran Choral Association choir. The rest of the year she sings in her church choir. She also volunteers to do tax preparation with AARP Tax-Aide.
Michele Yarno, Office Clerk/Entry-Level Bookkeeper
A new addition to the Custom Business Solutions Team. Michele is a native Oregonian, but has been fortunate enough to also have lived in the states of Washington, Arizona and Pennsylvania. She holds a Corrections Officer Certificate from attending Arizona Institute of Business and Technology. Her educational interests include the study of law, principals of banking, and real estate. She brings 15 years of experience in office administration after taking off the last 7 years to be a stay-at-home mom to her two daughters.
In her leisure time she enjoys doing day outings with her girls, going to the park, the mall, and day trips to the beach. She takes pride in teaching her girls how to give and donate to those less fortunate. The most meaningful being a donation of 17 inches of her oldest daughters’ hair from her very first hair cut at the age of 6 years old to Locks of Love and showing her why it was such a wonderful gift. Quiet time is spent reading a good book or actually watching a movie from start to finish.
